The Account Executive, ENT, is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with strategic enterprise clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. Reporting to the Manager, Account Executive, ENT, the role is essential for driving significant revenue growth and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting the unique needs of its clients.
Responsibilities
- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospects
- Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
Qualifications
- Geographically based in EMEA, preferably in D‑A‑CH
- 5+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling into the Mid‑Market/ENT segment
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience in cross‑functional teams to ensure Customer Success and Satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast‑paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Native or fully proficient in German and fully proficient in English
- Extensive experience managing B2B clients and expanding the business footprint within the DACH and other European regions
