The Workshop Manager is responsible for the overall management of our vehicle maintenance operation and workshop. The postholder will provide a lead in the management and delivery of a customer focussed, safe, efficient, and comprehensive repairs and maintenance service through our in-house workshop. The Workshop Manager will work closely with the Fleet General Manager in supporting with the strategic management of the fleet operations service.

Key responsibilities are to ensure vehicles are maintained in line with Operator Licence obligations and the service is compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines including DVSA, Road Traffic Act and Health and Safety at Work Act.
