To clarify again – inspector level so only being asked to identify work needed – not arrange to fix it. SCP 32-25 so Grouping 13 and we would expect to find someone in that hourly range.

As laid out in person spec of JD – HHSRS is desirable but not essential – basic understanding is fine. We do not expect that most inspectors would have done this before so we may need to arrange training for the two we take on.

There will also be an essential car user allowance of Β£173.33 per month (pro rata). It’s a safety critical role meaning there will be drug and alcohol testing.
