Contract role

- 37 hours per week
- Hybrid, collect equipment in person
- West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual (Postcode: IP33 3YU)
- Attend team meetings in person if possible
- Ideally 1 day a week in office if possible
X4 Coordinators needed for 2 area teams holding a caseload - completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework.
Key responsibilities:
- Case hold
- Oversee phase transfer work
- Oversee associated work on annual review paperwork
- Contact with families and settings
- Requests to panels for placements / funding as per provision in plan
