Provide a comprehensive, high quality surveying services for day-to-day responsive maintenance and void properties. Monitor, liaise and direct the appointed maintenance contractors. . To investigate and manage to resolution all repairs including necessary pre and post site visits and liaise with tenants as necessary. Liaise with appointed contractors to ensure a high quality responsive repairs service is delivered consistently to our customers. In relation to day-to-day responsive repairs, undertake pre-inspections and specify works as required. Verify invoices prior to certification for payment. Carry out interim inspections as necessary. Identify and record locations of any potential asbestos containing materials in properties and arrange for samples to be taken as deemed necessary
