You will be joining an experienced team with existing demand, giving you the opportunity to develop your own desk while benefiting from the support, knowledge and client base of a long-established recruitment business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop Your Recruitment Desk: Work on live vacancies across Built Environment and Social Housing, supporting a broad range of professional and technical appointments.
- Proactively source suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and the existing database.
- Develop your understanding of the markets you recruit into and build strong specialist candidate networks.
- 360 Recruitment: Source, register and manage candidates across a range of Built Environment and Social Housing disciplines.
- Build strong candidate pools through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and regular candidate engagement.
