Deekay Technical Recruitment seeks a Technical Infrastructure Architect to provide architecture leadership and design assurance for the Tech Fundamentals workstream. You will ensure Day-1 Safe & Legal requirements are met and staff can securely access core systems during transition to new authorities.

You will assess legacy infrastructure across the 12 councils and develop resilient transition options across networks, identity, Microsoft365, telephony and security controls, coordinating SMEs.
