To work in partnership with local communities, stakeholders and with statutory agencies to deliver an innovative, person-centred resettlement programme in Ashford for all individuals supported through Government resettlement and relocation schemes.

To provide support and advice to refugees and other resettled groups to enable them to access appropriate services, live independently and successfully integrate into the wider community.

To actively promote community cohesion across communities.

Attending meetings, training days, and conferences, wherever relevant, with partner agencies to ensure the quality of support given is maintained and improved.

To work with internal and external partners to secure suitable and affordable accommodation in the private rented sector.

Working with Housing Management/Landlord to carry out inspections and/or report any issues with any of the properties. This requires a high standard of written and verbal communication with partner agencies at all levels.
