Education and Qualifications

  • Programme Management qualification (e.g. MSP) or equivalent level of Programme Management experience
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2) or equivalent level of Project Management Experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Member of relevant professional body (e.g. CIPD, BCS, etc.)
  • Educated to master’s level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in HR Services arena

Experience

  • Extensive experience of managing HR systems and services
  • Extensive experience of managing technology for business uses
  • Extensive experience of planning, managing and delivering complex programmes of projects in a change management environment
  • Extensive experience of delivering projects within a complex environment, such as the NHS
  • Experience of outsourced contract management
  • Experience of Risk Management
  • Experience in the building and management of relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proven experience in the ability to lead and motivate others
  • Experience of developing business cases
  • Significant staff management and leadership experience
  • Experience of partnership working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Significant knowledge of NHS best practice in the HR Services arena
  • Significant knowledge in the practical application of programme and project management methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Governance and Data Protection
  • Able to promote and facilitate change at all levels of the organisation
