We are seeking a Trustee with Health & Safety expertise to strengthen our governance and ensure we provide a safe, supportive environment for vulnerable adults. As our Health & Safety Trustee, you will play a key part in overseeing the charity’s approach to risk management, compliance, and safe working practices. You won’t be responsible for day‑to‑day operations; instead, you will provide strategic guidance, constructive challenge, and assurance to the Board and the Management Team. Although we would like you to come in once a quarter to hold meetings with the team and review the safety of the premises.

Your Commitment
  • Attend quarterly Board meetings (online or in person)
  • Attend an “away day” at our premises once a year
  • Attend quarterly visits to review our premises and hold team meetings.
