Role Description
- Greet all visitors, act as the first contact point and represent Pumpkin’s.
- Ensure all necessary patient records are completed upon arrival.
- Responsible for admission record keeping of all wildlife patients.
- Maintain the reception office and manage the comms system.
- Answer hospital phone calls, emails and phone messages.
- Sort mail, place orders for the centre.
- Liaise with animal team and ensure smooth handover at the end of your shift.
- Receptionists who are interested in expanding their roles may be able to do so with responsibilities ranging from finance to HR or stock management.
