We run safe, supported swim sessions for adults with disabilities. We are creating a community of people helping to make swimming more accessible.
Could you give time regularly to support people with disabilities to swim and be active in the water? Volunteer with us and join a community of people making swimming more accessible! WeSwim are looking for motivated and caring volunteers who are keen to make a difference by working with the disability community in London.
Led by friendly volunteers, our dedicated pool activity sessions are a space in which people can use their time in the water as they wish. WeSwim is a safe space to be sociable, build confidence and become more active whether you’re swimming or simply escaping to a welcoming and engaging environment. We’re dedicated to creating a sense of community that benefits swimmers and volunteers alike!
As a volunteer you will help swimmers achieve goals that they set, whether this be working on their swimming technique, improving confidence with existing skills, or just feeling comfortable in the water.
Specifically recruiting for our Tottenham Green session, Mondays 7pm at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre, but other sessions held across London.
We provide supported swim sessions for disabled adults, creating a community of people making swimming more accessible.
