We are looking for brilliant local people to support ParkPlay in Bishop's Stortford, launched in August 2025.

PlayLeader Responsibilities

  • Set up ParkPlay before participants arrive
  • Lead games and keep the buzz going
  • Build relationships with participants
  • Welcome participants to ParkPlay
  • Ensure everyone is included and involved
  • Scan passes and report any incidents

What We Provide

  • Full support and training, including an enhanced DBS, first aid qualification, safeguarding, tech, safety and promotion.
  • Access to our PlayLeader digital community with over 200 members.
  • Guides, support on Saturdays, monthly newsletter of ideas and top tips.
  • Resources, equipment, games and kit.
