We are looking for a volunteer to assist with first line IT support for all staff and volunteers in Isabel Hospice.

Key Responsibilities

  • To receive, acknowledge and action IT support requests, resolving where possible and referring appropriately more complex cases.
  • To ensure access to IT systems is effectively controlled.
  • To support induction of users to ensure effective use of IT, telephones and other kit.
  • To undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the scope of the role.

Skills, Qualities & Experience

  • Excellent IT capability, positive attitude to IT and enthusiasm to improve IT skills.
  • Fully skilled in all MS office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy with Hospice ethos.
