We are looking for a volunteer to assist with first line IT support for all staff and volunteers in Isabel Hospice.
Key Responsibilities
- To receive, acknowledge and action IT support requests, resolving where possible and referring appropriately more complex cases.
- To ensure access to IT systems is effectively controlled.
- To support induction of users to ensure effective use of IT, telephones and other kit.
- To undertake any other duties which reasonably fall within the scope of the role.
Skills, Qualities & Experience
- Excellent IT capability, positive attitude to IT and enthusiasm to improve IT skills.
- Fully skilled in all MS office applications.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Empathy with Hospice ethos.
