Join the Trust’s busy Individual Giving team to help look after our amazing community of members and donors. The Trust Office is located in Verulamium Park, St Albans.

Role responsibilities:

  • Pack and send our Welcome Packs for new members and for Wildlife Watch families
  • Pack and send our membership letters and other supporter communications
  • Checking, scanning and filing supporter documentation and records
  • Supporting the team with general office administration and front of house enquiries
  • Researching areas where the Trust can grow our community fundraising e.g. looking into local supermarket giving schemes

Skills and experience you will need:

  • Willingness to letter stuff, frank and dispatch post
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office – needed for some elements of the role
  • Organisation and attention to detail
  • Regular availability and reliability on a weekly basis
  • Enthusiastic about wildlife and the work of the Trust
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in accordance with all relevant Trust policies and procedures including Health
