The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
Help build the governance, policies and compliance systems that will support The Muster Point's future growth and long-term success. Working closely with our Board of Directors, you'll help develop and maintain the policies, procedures and governance systems that support our organisation. This includes reviewing compliance requirements, maintaining governance registers, identifying areas for improvement and helping ensure we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities as a Community Interest Company.
You'll also help create new governance processes where they don't already exist, making this an exciting opportunity to shape how a growing organisation is managed. Your work will directly support better decision-making, strengthen organisational resilience and help ensure The Muster Point is well positioned to secure funding, build partnerships and continue supporting serving personnel, veterans and their families.
