Our Fundraising & Advertising Manager is the blood in the veins of our festival. Your partnership skills will support our festival to be even greater.
Detailed description
The next Kimpton Folk Festival is on Saturday the 4th of July 2026. As Fundraising & Advertising Manager you will be a valued member of Kimpton Folk Festival Committee. You will attend a two-hour committee meeting once a month in Kimpton from January to June.
You will have some experience in selling advertising space and of working with sponsors. Your tasks will include:
- Identifying possible sponsors and meeting them to discuss how the festival could work in partnership, to mutual benefit.
- Establishing a fundraising and advertising plan for the year.
- Selling advertising space in the festival programme.
- Co-ordinating the festival annual spring fundraising event.
- Managing charity buckets and QR code donations on the day.
- Liaising directly with the Chair, Vice Chairman, and Treasurer to devise a fundraising plan.
