To be the first point of contact for families at our centres, providing administrative support and helping ensure the smooth running of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and help with initial queries
- Encourage new users to register with the service
- Support admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and resource preparation
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well organised
Skills, Abilities, Experience and Qualities:
- Computer literate, telephone and listening skills, basic IT and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and professional manner
Training and support (induction, safeguarding, expenses, regular supervision and feedback; frequency of 1:2:1 support) will be provided. There is a requirement to undertake One YMCA online training courses and understand and implement One YMCA's policies. Ongoing support and regular 1:1 meetings will be available, along with access to organisational events throughout the year including socials, conferences and training opportunities.
