At our Get Work Ready day, young individuals step into the shoes of real-world interview and job application scenarios used by local, national, and international employers, through workshops in classrooms they rotate through during the day. They tackle individual and team assessments, creative problem-solving tasks, customer service simulations, practical assignments, and interviews, all guided by enthusiastic business volunteers like you.
