We're starting a new project capturing memories of "what it was like to live and work" in the Three Rivers District.
We seek a coordinator for the project.
Responsibilities Capture potential interviewee information provided to you.
Ensure paperwork is correctly completed and stored safely, enabling the interview for later use.
Allocate an interviewer from the team to an interviewee.
Arrange a suitable location, date, and time for both interviewer and interviewee.
Receive digital recordings, store them correctly, and arrange for the interview file to be checked, edited, and stored.
Qualifications Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Discreet and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Good communicator in English who works well with others.
Proficiency or willingness to learn using email, Word, and Excel, and ability to upload files to a cloud store.
