Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust is the only registered charity dedicated to supporting innovation in patient care across Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Are you an outgoing person who likes talking to people? Are you passionate about the excellent work that the Addenbrooke’s and Rosie’s Hospitals do?
As an ACT Information Hub Volunteer, you will be the face of ACT. You’ll be based on our new Hospital Hub in Oncology, talking to people about our charity, and raising awareness of the different ways that they can get involved.
Thousands of people come through the doors of Addenbrooke's every day. We need your help to raise awareness of how people can support cancer services across Addenbrooke's, by donating, fundraising, or volunteering for our charity.
You will be friendly, enjoy talking to a wide range of people and be passionate about supporting Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals. You will be joining a growing, friendly volunteer team and the time you give will make a real difference to people's lives.
Training for the role will be provided as well as ongoing support. We will cover travel expenses and provide a reference after two months in the team.
