Job Duties
- Pre-populate forms/bids with generic information
- Maintain office stationary supplies
- All filing as directed
- Organize, store and print company documents as directed
- Update charity documents as directed
- Scan and file documents
- Support organisation of funding events
- Support expansion of services with research tasks and administration support
- Support the Business Support Manager and Operations Lead with day-to-day tasks
- Other tasks as directed
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrator (paid or voluntary) essential
- Experience with office management tools (such as MS Office software)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
