Purpose of the role
To effectively balance inventory and service levels through intelligent, data‑driven forecasting and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the role
- Communicate important updates and insights via our internal social platform, Blink.
- Understand customer needs, offering proactive solutions that align with expectations.
- Monitor invoicing accuracy to ensure correct revenue is captured for Dee Set.
- Liaise with suppliers and brands to build collaborative forecasts and manage stock requirements.
- Analyse and interpret data to drive stock stability and service improvements.
- Accurately forecast customer demand and input into Netstock, enabling visibility across warehouse operations, finance, and with key clients.
- Partner with brands to reduce excess stock and improve inbound service levels.
- Ensure pricing integrity across the current range and new product listings.
Skills / Experience Required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience within a supply chain function, ideally involving forecasting, inventory, or demand planning.
