The Role

No two days are the same in this role! As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting, screening, hiring, and onboarding talented colleagues across the UK. From building great relationships with hiring managers and interviewing candidates, to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, you'll help bring the best talent into our business. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, so you'll need to be comfortable in managing multiple vacancies at any given time!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Screening and interviewing candidates for field-based Merchandising vacancies across the UK
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Keeping our recruitment platform and candidate records up to date
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment activity and recommendations
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new starters
