Key Objectives:
- Implement and maintain operating standards across the area to maximize results and improve service.
- Support and coach team members to meet business targets.
- Manage budgets related to payroll and expenses.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Coaching: Support the delivery of the retail strategy. Communicate business and regional objectives to store teams. Identify underperforming stores and support performance improvement plans. Provide constructive feedback to colleagues and senior management. Ensure compliance with promotional and trading activities. Build relationships and support communication between stores, regional managers, and merchandising teams. Be highly organized, managing workload effectively. Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and promote consistency. Support new business development and policy implementation. Foster a culture of teamwork, resilience, and high performance. Adopt a coaching leadership style. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Dee Set systems.
