Our people are the most important element of what we do and we are looking for a talented individual to join our recruitment team on a temporary basis and make a real difference by recruiting and on-boarding some great new Dee Set colleagues who are as passionate about retail as we are. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys recruiting within a fast paced environment.
Tasks are varied and based on business requirements – some of the key day to day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and refreshing Job Adverts.
- Screening Candidates.
- Interviewing and selection.
- Checking Right to Work documents.
- Keeping our recruitment platform up to date.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
We are looking for candidates who possess a real “can do” attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:
- Previous administrative and customer services experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative.
- Being proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders.
- Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £25,500 per annum.
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) between 8am - 5pm.
- Location: (Fenton) Stoke on Trent Head Office.
- The opportunity of Hybrid working on completion of full training.
