Overview
Execute the installation of supplier-funded POS across Morrisons stores, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional plans.
Manage the process from receipt to placement, ensuring materials are correctly installed and merchandised.
Responsibilities
- Install supplier-funded POS across Morrisons stores in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional plans.
- Process from receipt to placement; ensure materials are correctly installed and merchandised.
- Work in-store on Mondays and Wednesdays, with hours varying based on workload and seasonal promotional activity; flexible working hours during major promotional periods (e. g., Christmas, Easter, summer campaigns).
- Liaise with store staff to coordinate access and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Capture photographic evidence and maintain detailed records of completed installations for reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on challenges or successes related to POS campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and in-store presentation representing both client and supplier brands.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed planograms or promotional briefs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with store teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel between locations as required.
- Capacity to receive home delivery of POS and walk into store as required.
- Comfortable using technology and multiple apps on mobile devices; own smartphone or tablet for work purposes.
- Full driving licence with access to own vehicle and willingness to travel between stores.
