This role involves direct implementation of in‑store POS campaigns to drive product visibility and increase sales. We are seeking a highly organised, self‑motivated individual to support the delivery of supplier‑funded POS materials across the Morrisons estate.
Responsibilities
- Execute the installation of supplier‑funded POS across designated Morrisons stores, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional plans.
- Process from receipt to placement, ensuring all materials are correctly installed and merchandised.
- Work in‑store Monday and Wednesday shifts, with hours varying according to workload and seasonal promotional activity.
- Adapt working hours to meet seasonal activity, including major promotional periods such as Christmas, Easter and summer campaigns.
- Liaise with store staff to coordinate access and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Capture photographic evidence and maintain detailed records of completed installations for reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on challenges or successes related to POS campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and in‑store presentation representing both the client and supplier brands.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and self‑motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed planograms or promotional briefs.
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator capable of building positive relationships with store teams.
- Independent worker with effective time‑management skills, able to travel between locations.
- Capacity to receive home delivery of POS materials.
- Comfortable using own smartphone or tablet for work purposes to send and receive reports and photos.
