6 months Fixed Term Contract - Recruitment Coordinator

Who are we? Part of the Acosta Group, Dee Set is a leading UK retail and field marketing provider with over 20 years' experience helping brands and retailers drive sales through data-led insights, expert field teams and end-to-end in-store execution. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to join our recruitment team on a 6 month FTC. You will make a real difference by sourcing and interviewing the best candidates for our Merchandising roles across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys recruiting within a fast paced environment.

Tasks are varied and based on business requirements – some of the key day to day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and refreshing Job Adverts
  • Screening Candidates for our Merchandiser vacancies across the UK
  • Interviewing and selection
  • Checking Right to Work documents
  • Keeping our recruitment platform up to date
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on-boarding process

We are looking for candidates who possess a real “can do” attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Previous experience within recruitment - preferably in-house
  • The ability to manage high volume recruitment and prioritise workloads
  • Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative
  • Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders
  • Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business
