The Role
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll lead FP&A using forecasting, modelling and data insight to shape strategy, improve profitability and drive business performance.
- Own FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Deliver insight-led reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, profitability and growth
- Build KPIs and generate actionable commercial insights
- Analyse and manipulate data to support decision-making
- Drive reporting automation, systems improvements and data quality
- Support audits, ESG reporting and key finance initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is preferable, but would consider part-qualified with strong practical experience
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proven FP&A experience across forecasting and budgeting
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience improving systems, processes and reporting
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
