About this Role
We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic, experienced, confident and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work with our Year 5-8 pupils. You will play a crucial role in supporting pupils and assisting the teaching staff. In this role, the rewards are priceless when you witness the children achieve their goals and watch their self-esteem and confidence grow. The successful candidate will:

We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has experienceworking as a LSA.
- Has good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Has an understandingof inclusion and making the curriculum accessible to all learners.
- Communicates effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
- Bringsempathy, positivity, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for youngpeople.
Essential qualifications include 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English andMaths and experience of working with external agencies and excellentadministrative skills are also key.
