DEDIENNE AEROSPACE is recruiting a Sales Engineer (M/F). You will be responsible for developing sales of new production products, studies, and prototypes, and you will transform a technical need into a product and services solutions.

Reporting to Sales responsible Southern Europe Manager, you will primarily be responsible for:

  • Managing the business development of customer relationships and reporting on operational performance and monitoring: product sales, services, and technical support, customer satisfaction measurement, and business development.
  • Studying customer requests, identifying needs, and formulating appropriate technical and commercial offers.
  • Developing the applicable pricing policy based on the economic context.
  • Representing the company to customers and partners during visits and events in the company's markets, prospecting for new markets, attracting and influencing decision-makers and influencers among customers and prospects regarding the Dedienne Aerospace Group's service quality.
  • Participating in events and trade shows, representing the company during physical and digital marketing activities: developing relationships, awareness, and brand image for Dedienne Aerospace.
  • Managing disputes and litigation for affected clients: coordinating with all relevant departments, escalating cases as needed, proposing solutions and resolutions, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring sales objectives, analyzing gaps, and defining corrective and improvement action plans for the market and clients: portfolio growth, order volume, strategic gains, volume and quality of new leads.
  • Conducting competitive intelligence on the positioning of market players, the marketing and sales tools used, as well as emerging innovations and trends.

PROFILE

Graduate with a Master's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering, ideally with a specialization in business management. You must have at least 5 years of experience in MRO/MRE. You have excellent writing skills. You are fluent in English. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills. You have a strong interest in international technical environments.
