Dedicate Recruitment is proud to be supporting this Good OFSTED rated primary Academy in the search for an outstanding School Business Manager. You will support the Head Teacher and governors in leading on all aspects of finance, HR, administrative and operations.
Duties include:
- Prepare and monitor the annual school budget
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and comply with Academy Trust Handbook
- Lead on HR administration, and ER compliance in partnership with the external HR provider
- Managing the IT contract with the external IT provider
- Oversee the school office and lead on Health & Safety compliance
The successful School Business Manager will be degree educated or hold a professional qualification in finance or a related field (DSBM or CSBM). You will have proven financial and business management within education, or the public sector coupled with a strong knowledge of budget planning, financial reporting, HR processes and school operations. We are seeking a charismatic business leader, with the gravitas to form good working relationships naturally and can deliver on both an operational and strategic level.
