We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of HR and payroll functions of this three school Trust. The successful Payroll & HR Assistant will be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing using Cintra, maintaining accurate employee records in BreatheHR, and supporting general HR administration such as onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and responding to staff queries. You will liaise closely with the external payroll provider and ensure compliance with pension and income protection schemes. A key part of the role will involve supporting the migration to new systems: Every HR and DataPlan. This includes data cleansing, system testing, and assisting with the secure and accurate transfer of employee data. We are seeking someone with previous experience in payroll and/or HR administration, excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a high level of discretion. Familiarity with Cintra, BreatheHR, Every HR, or DataPlan is highly desirable. Hours are 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with one day in the office. Immediate start.
