This role is vital to maintaining the school's financial health by managing the collection of outstanding fees while nurturing positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger.
- Identify overdue accounts and communicate with parents via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
- Work with the Finance team to resolve unresolved debts and prepare regular reports.
- Support the development and implementation of credit control policies.
- Handle sensitive financial discussions with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally in an educational or customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
