Job Description

Dedicate Recruitment is supporting a local authority with a number of schools in West London, to appoint a HR Consultant.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced HR professional to utilise their expertise within the education sector, specifically supporting schools through restructures.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leadership teams to review staffing structures, identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, and ensure that organisational changes align with strategic objectives.

The position requires a proactive approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance commercial and educational priorities effectively.

We are seeking: Experience in school restructures and reviewing staffing structures at a senior level.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school leadership teams.

Excellent understanding of HR policies, employment law, and organisation development within educational settings.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to influence and engage at all levels The successful HR Consultant will be CIPD Level 7 qualified, an HR expert who is seasoned in advising and supporting school restructures, reorganisation and provides transparency of the process.
