What you’ll achieve:

  • As the AI Lead Product Manager you will own and drive the strategy and execution of our AI-powered Health Data Products portfolio.
  • This is a senior leadership role spanning the full breadth of data focused products, from clinical and genomic data to operational and administrative data.
  • It requires an individual who combines deep product expertise with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • The successful candidate will work with a team of Product Managers to set the product vision for each product, and provide senior-level leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers.
  • This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on product rigour, with a clear focus on delivering measurable value through AI-enabled data solutions for healthcare organisations globally.

You will:

  • Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered Health Data Products, spanning clinical, genomic, and operational data domains.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technical functions to align on priorities and ensure product-market fit.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making, OKRs, and KPIs representing tangible impact measurement and value for our customers across the AI Data portfolio.
  • Engage directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
  • Ensure each product within the Health Data product portfolio is supported by a business case.
  • Support in the identification and evaluation of third-party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS space, contributing to build vs. buy assessments.
  • Ensure collaboration with the quality assurance team to ensure products comply with relevant regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety requirements across target geographies (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR standards).
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee cross-portfolio dependencies and integration points across their portfolio and collaborating with the Leads for Health Information and Diagnostics product lines.
  • Represent the health data product agenda within Dedalus and to our partners, customers.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to data-intensive AI products in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring product managers; demonstrated ability to build team capability and culture.
  • Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application to health data pipelines and analytics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align at all levels of the organisation across multiple geographies.
  • Track record of defining and delivering complex, multi-domain product roadmaps from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, governance frameworks, and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
  • Experience with AI-native organisations and modern product development practices including agile, continuous discovery, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with large-scale health data platforms, data lakes, or federated learning architectures.
  • Exposure to real-world evidence (RWE) generation, population health analytics, or value-based care initiatives.
  • Experience navigating AI regulatory requirements as applied to healthcare data products.
