Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in driving the growth of our LIMS and Digital Imaging IT (DIIT) portfolio across the UK/Ireland region.
- Identify new business opportunities, build solid relationships with prospective clients, and develop strategic initiatives to expand our market presence.
- Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to meet the organization’s growth objectives across LIMS and DIIT business units and deliver regional sales targets.
- Oversee complex sales initiatives and enterprise-level growth strategies.
- Mentor high‑performing teams and develop enterprise-level strategies.
- Develop and implement market strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Deep understanding of laboratory information systems and diagnostic imaging solutions, including how LIS software manages data, workflows, and integrations within a laboratory setting.
- Background in medical technology, pathology services, and healthcare software.
- Solid experience in sales management and business development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Domain understanding of healthcare data, integration, terminology, research, and analysis.
- Robust understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in pathology (but not exclusively).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
