What you’ll achieve

As a Clinical Software Demonstrator you will showcase our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to both new and existing customers.

As part of an established team, you will provide clinical expertise to help shape and deliver high-quality solution demonstrations, ensuring our system meets the needs of healthcare professionals and enhances patient care.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

  • Design and present scenario-based EPR demonstrations tailored to clinical and administrative staff across diverse care settings.
  • Work closely with clinical leads, digital teams, and change managers throughout the sales process to align solutions with user needs.
  • Act as a clinical application expert, offering workflow‑based guidance, troubleshooting, and best‑practice recommendations.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations, showcasing the EPR’s capabilities effectively.

  • Professional background in a clinical role (e.g., nurse, doctor, allied health professional) with hands‑on experience in healthcare settings.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven experience using or supporting Electronic Patient Record systems (e.g., Dedalus in particular Lorenzo, Cerner, Epic, System C, EMIS, TPP).
  • Able to interpret clinical workflows and translate them into effective system usage scenarios.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and capable of quickly learning new software applications.
  • Previous experience in EPR demonstrations, clinical systems support, or software implementation.
  • Knowledge of NHS clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Understanding of data protection, information governance, and clinical safety standards.
  • Experience working with clinical teams, IT trainers, or digital transformation teams.
