What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our LIMS and Diagnostic Imaging IT (DIIT) portfolio across the UKI region. You will identify new business opportunities, build solid relationships with prospective clients, and develop strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. This role requires robust technical expertise, commercial insight, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and product development—to execute growth strategies and support business expansion.
You will:
- Create and execute comprehensive business plans to meet the organization’s growth objectives across LIMS and DIIT business units and deliver regional sales targets.
- Oversee complex sales initiatives and enterprise-level growth strategies.
- Mentor high-performing teams and develop enterprise-level strategies.
- Develop and implement market strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of laboratory information systems and diagnostic imaging solutions.
- A background in medical technology/pathology services and healthcare software is essential.
- Solid experience in sales management and business development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Domain understanding of healthcare data/integration/terminology/research/analysis.
- Robust understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in Pathology (but not exclusively).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
