I’m currently partnering with an exciting, fast-growing beauty brand to recruit a Senior Brand Manager for their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ambitious consumer brand that is continuing to grow across both retail and ecommerce channels. With exciting product launches and major expansion plans ahead, they are looking for a commercially minded and creative brand professional to help elevate the brand further.

The Role

As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the overall brand strategy across multiple touchpoints. This is a highly varied position where you’ll lead campaigns, support product launches, collaborate with creative teams, and use customer insights to influence future brand direction.

Responsibilities

  • Leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and social channels
  • Managing new product launches from concept through to execution
  • Working closely with ecommerce, retail, and creative teams
  • Partnering with influencers, agencies, and brand collaborators
  • Analysing campaign performance and customer insights
  • Supporting wider brand growth and commercial strategy

What we are looking for

  • Previous Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager experience
  • Strong background within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer-led brands
  • Passion for branding, storytelling, and consumer trends
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with creativity
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth environments
