Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Brand Manager to join a growing business based in the Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand and marketing professional to take ownership of key brands within a dynamic portfolio, driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market share across the UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, influencer, retail, and consumer channels.
- Manage brand positioning, communication strategies, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead new product development (NPD) launches from concept through to execution.
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROI to ensure effective investment and commercial performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver brand objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, PR partners, media agencies, and creative suppliers.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, brand assets, and consumer communication programmes.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise future activity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar brand leadership role.
- Experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer Products is highly desirable.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and brand communication.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross‑functional projects.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
