Retail Sales Specialist - Multiple Locations in London.
Salary:
Competitive Salary circa £30,000 basic + Paid Travel + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
We are partnering with a globally renowned, luxury brand famous for its science backed, high performance formulations. They have a huge, loyal following and are now looking for passionate, sales-driven retail specialists to be the face of the brand within some of the UK's most prestigious, high end luxury retailers and stores.
For this position there are two roles available.
Previous experience working with premium and luxury retailers would be highly desirable, particularly with brands such as Selfridges, Sephora, Liberty London, Space NK, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and other leading luxury department stores, beauty retailers, and online retail partners.
The Role
This is a highly interactive, in-store role. Working closely with the regional Account Executive, your main goal will be to drive retail sales, deliver incredible customer experiences, and build strong relationships with the management teams of your host stores.
What you will actually be doing:
- Driving Sales: Consistently hitting and exceeding your personal and store sales targets, looking for ways to boost average transaction value and unit sales.
- Customer Experience: Offering expert, tailored skincare advice. You will listen to customers' needs and recommend the exact products and layering techniques suited to them.
- Store Standards: Keeping the brand's retail space looking flawless. You will manage visual merchandising, make sure testers and samples are fully stocked, and ensure everything sits perfectly in line with brand guidelines.
- Product Expertise: Getting fully stuck into training so you become an absolute encyclopaedia on the brand's ingredients, collections, and benefits.
- Events & Promotions: Helping to run brilliant in-store events to build hype, drive footfall, and capture new customer data.
What we are looking for:
- Around 3+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within the premium beauty, personal care, or skincare industry.
- You are a natural seller who thrives in an open sell environment and loves the buzz of hitting targets.
- A genuine passion for skincare. A professional Beauty Therapy qualification is a fantastic bonus, but definitely not a dealbreaker.
- You are proactive, energetic, and great at building relationships with retail peers and customers alike.
- Flexibility: Because this is a retail role, the schedule requires you to work at least 3 weekends a month (with two days off during the week).
- Travel & Driving: Because you will be covering multiple high-end retail locations across your territory, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (all your business travel and mileage expenses are fully paid).
If you are a skincare enthusiast with a proven track record in retail sales, we would love to hear from you.
