Location: Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office / 3 days from home

Basic Salary: Circa £50,000 + Benefits

I'm currently partnering with a well-known beauty brand to recruit an E-Commerce / Amazon Account Manager to join their growing ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of my favourite beauty businesses in the world, working within a highly commercial and fast-paced environment where you will take ownership of a thriving Amazon vendor account.

The Role:

This position will play a key role in driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth across the Amazon channel. You'll manage all aspects of the Amazon Central account, from commercial negotiations and forecasting through to advertising strategy and catalogue optimisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the Amazon P&L and driving long-term commercial growth
  • Acting as the lead contact for the Amazon Vendor Central account
  • Managing vendor negotiations including pricing, trade terms, and promotions
  • Tracking performance against forecasts and implementing corrective actions where required
  • Developing strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and category performance
  • Optimising product listings, A+ content, brand stores, and catalogue visibility
  • Managing Amazon advertising strategy and performance
  • Analysing sales data, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness with P&L ownership experience
  • Experience negotiating with Amazon or major retail accounts
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising (AMS) and content optimisation
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for ecommerce, beauty, and personal care brands
