An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing international beauty and wellness business as an International Sales Manager, taking ownership of the European / German market. This is a fully remote position offering the chance to work with an established international team while driving growth across Germany.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, developing existing partnerships and growing international markets. Although experience within the beauty, cosmetics or personal care industry would be highly desirable, we are also keen to hear from candidates from a wider FMCG background.
As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across Germany, working with retailers, distributors and wholesalers to increase market share and deliver commercial growth. This is a hands on commercial role where you will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships and deliver ambitious sales targets across a diverse portfolio of consumer products.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth across the European market.
- Develop relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesale partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Deliver sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with internal international teams to execute commercial plans.
- Manage a broad portfolio across beauty, wellness and personal care categories.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities.
- Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events when required.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience selling into the German market.
- Established relationships with retailers, distributors or wholesalers across Germany would be highly advantageous.
- A proven track record of developing new business while growing existing accounts.
- Experience within FMCG is essential.
- Beauty, cosmetics, personal care or wellness experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to work at pace within a fast moving commercial environment.
- Experience managing multiple customers and product categories.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- German language skills would be highly advantageous.
- A self motivated approach with the ability to work independently within a fully remote role.
£60,000 to £70,000 basic salary plus Bonus. Fully remote working but there is a HQ with fab facilities. 40 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays. Christmas closure from Christmas Eve through to New Year. Flexible start times.
