Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Immediate Immediate We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing Beauty & Personal Care business based in London . This is an urgent NPD-focused role , ideal for someone with previous New Product Development experience within the beauty or personal care industry who is looking to continue their career within the sector. The successful candidate will provide project coordination and administrative support across NPD and existing product development projects, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects remain organised, accurately documented and delivered on time. Coordinate and track multiple NPD projects, ensuring timelines and actions remain on schedule. Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation and project folders. Liaise with NPD, Marketing, Artwork, Regulatory, QA, Purchasing, Planning and external suppliers. Coordinate product testing and ensure results and reports are accurately recorded and filed. Manage formula, packaging, labelling and specification documentation. Create and update specification sheets for each project. Provide additional project and administrative support to the wider development team. Previous New Product Development (NPD) experience within Beauty or Personal Care is essential. Experience coordinating multiple product development projects. Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
