As our Specification Manager in the UK, you’ll bring that world to life. You will become the face of our veneer brands, inspiring architects, interior designers and deciding stakeholders to specify our added value products and get them ordered. With a warm, consultative approach, you build long-term relationships that turn curiosity into preference, preference into specifications and specifications into a steady flow of recurring residential projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Grow and nurture a high-potential A&D network, starting from an existing base.
- Warm up cold contacts, spot the most promising studios and guide them towards becoming committed specification partners.
- Bring inspiration to life and educate via Lunch & Learn sessions, hands-on material talks and studio visits that spark creativity and open new project pathways.
- Act as the connector between A&Ds and the right joiners and cabinet makers, ensuring that every specification flows smoothly through the entire chain.
- Work closely with our exclusive UK distributor to convert specifications into real business.
- Focus primarily on Greater London, expanding over time to other regions.
- Regularly visit our Belgian HQ to deepen your expertise in wood veneer, our processes and our product ranges, so you can speak with confidence and passion in the UK market.
- Attend and organize agreed events and exhibitions.
What we’re looking for:
- A relationship-driven commercial talent with experience in the interior, materials or design world — ideally already familiar with specification sales in the UK.
