Decoded is seeking a Lead Instructor: AI & Automation to design, deliver and optimise learning programmes. The role focuses on translating complex technical concepts into accessible, hands-on learning experiences and authoring modular content such as hackathons, practical labs, and guides to address learner gaps.
You will lead delivery for the most complex client cohorts, mentor other instructors, and collaborate with Product and Learning Design teams to maintain high standards.
