Overview
We are seeking a Principal Technologist to develop best‑in‑class learning programmes for our commercially funded clients. The role blends domain expertise, content creation, workshop facilitation and product‑owned development to deliver high‑impact learning experiences.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Own a specific digital, data or technology knowledge domain and provide technical leadership.
- Design, develop and continuously improve learning products, including virtual workshops and content aligned with the Scope of Work agreed with customers.
- Facilitate adult‑learning workshops (1–4.5 hours) and deliver content virtually, ensuring quality scores meet or exceed established indicators.
- Collaborate with SMEs and LXD colleagues to produce final programme content.
- Maintain curriculum and learning objectives in line with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Manage resources, assets and production timelines; proactively identify and fill knowledge gaps.
- Mentor and model effective teaching practices, fostering an inclusive and engaging virtual learning environment.

Reporting & Structure
You will report to the Portfolio Director in the Product Department.
Working Conditions
The position is fully remote (with reliable Wi‑Fi) but may require occasional travel to learner workplaces in London or Europe. Core hours are 9 am–5 pm GMT, with flexible adjustment as needed for global clients. All workshops are delivered between 08:30 – 17:30 GMT.
