Project Manager, 12 Months FTC

The Role:
As part of the Deckers Digital & Data team in EMEA, this role will drive both business and IT-based changes through the successful delivery of critical initiatives over the next 12 months. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
The current project will include:
- Replacement of current EDI provider for EMEA, with delivery through new global API led integrations
- Replacement of current partner for Wholesale Sell Through data
- Rollout of B2B E-Invoicing compliance for Belgium, France and Germany with transition to new global API led integrations.
You will work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value with a proactive and inquisitive approach. This is a hybrid-based role, with some travel required to the London office for stakeholder meetings and workshops as needed. The ideal candidate must have previous EDI integration experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall project leadership and management of all aspects of the given initiative, including requirements gathering, solution/IT design and delivery, testing, change management, and implementation/deployment
- Structure and manage the delivery or implementation plan, including defining what needs to be done, how, and when with stakeholders
- Effectively manage all risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, balancing business needs versus constraints
- Define and agree roles and responsibilities across teams, ensuring a RACI to cover key activities for members across business and IT
- Matrix manage resources globally, who will also be allocated to other projects/enhancements outside of the region
- Ensure projects are closed/handed over effectively to support and operations teams, incorporating lessons learned into future activities

- Ability to build strong relationships with Senior Business Partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a toolkit of ideas to continuously improve ways of working
- Resilience and the ability to manage ambiguity, structuring chaos when needed
- Strong communication skills, negotiating, presenting, and engaging stakeholders from the outset
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Project related qualification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner, or CSM ScrumMaster
- Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager across a variety of projects
- EDI integration experience
- Ability to flex between agile IT delivery and traditional project management with both business and IT teams
- Experience in delivering new integration solutions with 3rd party service providers
- Experience in managing complex projects across various teams, including competing priorities
- Exposure or experience managing the delivery of business-change activities
- Confidence to raise concerns or issues to drive resolution with appropriate governance levels
- Ability to hold stakeholders to account for delivery across business and IT teams
- Exposure / experience of working within wholesale environment is desirable
